1 cup maida – 2 cups ghee/butter

Mix all the above ingredients and knead it well to make a firm dough. Grease your hands well with oil or butter and roll them into small round balls.

In the end, fry them in hot oil for a minute or two. The fried ladoo will be very light, fluffy, and crispy. Remove and allow them to cool completely. These can be stored in an air-tight container in a cool place.
